That is, as long as you pay attention to several fundamental keys that allow the body to maintain this healing process.
In a way, these keys are like the preventative maintenance that you perform on your car. If you want your car to run well,
keep you safe, and last a long time, there are a number of things that you need to keep in balance, and if the car is basically
well designed it will run well much longer than if you ignore these basic items. Of course a car cannot heal itself like the human
body can, but if you change the oil regularly, keep the front end in alignment, check on the brake wear, and perform occasional
tune-ups, you are more likely to have a car that will last much longer than one which you simply use and neglect. A car or body
kept in good condition will survive the times of stress which we all go through without breaking down, whereas a car or body in poor
condition will be more likely to break down during stress. Nobody can avoid stress completely, nor should they want to because stress
is also sometimes important, necessary, or even fun. Stress can be the stuff of life. But you can tune yourself so that you can come
through it like a champ.
